I Did Not Want To Sign My Traffic Ticket and the Cop Said He Would Arrest Me If I Refused. Is this true?

Good thing you signed the ticket Carlos because the cop was correct. Often times, drivers don’t want to sign the traffic ticket because they disagree with the ticket. However, signing the traffic ticket is not an admission of guilt. By signing the traffic ticket, all you are doing is acknowledging that you received the ticket. Thus, if you fail to show up for Court or hire the Traffic Ticket Team to fight your ticket, you cannot say that you never got the ticket. So, the next time you get a traffic ticket, just say thank you to the officer and sign it. If you don’t, you will end up spending the day or night in jail for no reason.
